Geri-Fit is a strength training workout for older adults. The Geri-Fit Lifestyle Change Program helps....
- increase muscular strength
- improve balance and coordination
- boost motor skills and reaction time
- enhance flexibility and gait
- lessen arthritic conditions
- manage chronic disease
There is no fee. There's no dancing, aerobics, or choreography to learn and you never have to get on the floor. It is designed for older adults of all ages and fitness levels.....simply work out at your own pace! For more information stop at the Front Desk or call 563-633-3495.
*Coffee-Social Hour will be held on Tuesdays. Beverage and good conversation is on the menu.
*Card Night will begin on Thursdays from 6:00-9:00. Check the website for updates.

*Monthly Book Discussion Group A book discussion group is a forum where readers can come together and talk about books and the reading experience. The Arlington Public holds a monthly book discussion.
We will be reading and discussing Villa America by Liza Klaussmann September 26th from 2:30-3:30. All are welcome to join and read. Stop by and pick up a copy!
